FAQ's

1) What is the return policy?
Comprehension Connection is not able to make refunds since the resources are digital downloads versus hard goods. There is no way to ensure that the resource hasn't been printed and/or retained. Comprehension Connection is available to answer any questions prior to purchasing through the contact form.

2) Who may use the resources I buy?
Comprehension Connection printables were created for you to use at home with your own child/students or with multiple children in your own classroom/tutoring setting. Please do not share files between classrooms, sell, reproduce or copy, giveaway, or store on any other site where others can access the files (including a Blog, Facebook group, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). Thank you!

3) What format do you sell your resources in?
All resources come as either a PDF or a downloadable zipped file (.zip). If you’re purchasing a .zip file, you need to be able to open it. If you don’t have a program to do it, you can download one for free for both a Mac or a PC. Depending on the resource, the .zip file could contain a PDF or PowerPoint file. You will need Adobe Reader to open the PDFs.

4) What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, Comprehension Connection is accepting Stripe and PayPal. You can make a purchase with either option using your Visa or MasterCard or draw from bank account funds using Paypal.

5) How do I apply a coupon code and checkout?

When coupons are available (through Comprehension Connection emails), directions for how to use them will be included within the email.

6) How is my resource delivered?
The resource that you have purchased will be emailed to you once your payment has processed. Be sure to watch your inbox, but also check your SPAM folder before worrying that it wasn't sent. Once you receive the email, simply download using the link provided.

7) How do I get a coupon code?

Are you a subscriber of Comprehension Connection? This is the way coupons are typically delivered. You can subscribe using the link on the menu bar. PLUS, you'll receive the password to the Comprehension Connection FREE resource library containing over 50 resources just for you.

8) What do I do if I run into trouble with getting my resource?

Check your email. You will receive an automated message thanking you for your purchase which includes a link to every resource you purchased. If you do not see it in your inbox within a few minutes of ordering, let Carla know. Please save your purchases to your harddrive and consider backing them up in some fashion. (Google Drive, Dropbox) Using a school email address is not recommended for purchasing as these email addresses often bounce do to fire walls. Deliveries are automated, but occasionally, there could be a hiccup out of my control. However, I will help make sure you get what you need.

9) What if I want to buy for my grade level or school?

Comprehension Connection resources are licensed for just one teacher. However, if you wish to purchase for multiple grade levels, we can discuss site license options via email. Use the contact form to reach out to me about pricing.

Copying any portion of a digital product or placing it on the internet is strictly forbidden and is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DCMA).  Comprehension Connection resources may not be uploaded  to your class or district website for other teachers or the world wide web to access.  However, you may post my resource to your own secure password-protected class site, if the only people who can access them are your students.
